Your child's health — and the safety of every swimmer — is our top priority.
If Your Child Is Unwell
If your child shows any symptoms of being unwell, please do not attend your swimming lesson.
This includes sickness, diarrhoea, fever, persistent coughs, or any contagious illness.
Swimming while unwell can spread infection and lead to pool contamination, resulting in costly closures and cancelled lessons that affect many other families.
Feeding Before Swimming
Please ensure your child has not eaten within one hour before swimming.
Feeding too close to a lesson significantly increases the risk of sickness in the pool.
If Sickness Occurs in the Pool
If a child vomits or has an accident in the pool, we are legally required to close for cleaning and water treatment.
This can take many hours and leads to cancelled sessions for all swimmers.
Please Remember
✅ Do not attend if your child is unwell.
⏰ Avoid feeding your child within 1 hour before swimming.
💧 If sickness occurs and the pool must close, no refunds will be issued, but a catch-up may be offered where space allows.
